Side Hustle Tracker is a financial tracking platform that allows users to log income, expenses, mileage, and goals for self-employment and freelance work. Users can generate reports and access premium features via subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic link authentication, so no passwords are stored. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Side Hustle Tracker a limited license to process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not share your financial data with third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) enter false or fraudulent financial data for tax evasion purposes; (b) scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data without express permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Financial reports generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for tax filing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side Hustle Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including any reliance on financial reports generated by the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
